Your role as Sous Chef
As a sous chef, you are responsible for:
Supporting the head chef in developing and innovating the menu, focusing on seasonal and local ingredients.
Daily management of the kitchen team and acting as the right hand of the head chef.
Ensuring the quality, presentation, and consistency of all dishes.
Adhering to and monitoring hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
Managing kitchen stock and assisting with orders.
Guiding, training, and motivating kitchen staff and interns.
Taking over the head chef's duties in their absence.

You are;
You have completed a level 3 or higher culinary education.
Experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
You have leadership skills and enjoy taking responsibility.
Creative, resilient to stress, and passionate about cooking.
Strong communication skills and a true team player.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Familiar with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
