Sous Chef

  • On-site
    • Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands
  • Chez van Rijn

Job description

Chez van Rijn

A French bistro.

Some places you don't choose.

They call you.

At Rembrandtplein, where nights last longer than planned and stories unfold on their own, an iconic building awakens once again.

Warm wood, soft light, the rhythm of voices and glasses.

The smell of butter, wine, and attention.

A place where you walk in and immediately know:

something is happening here.

Chez van Rijn is seduction in layers.

Lively and light during the day.
Intimate, darker, richer in the evening.

You can simply walk in here for a drink and a perfect dish.
But you can also be carried away by a five-course dinner,
with wines that don't explain but whisper.

Accessible without being superficial.

Elegant without distance.

A bistro with courage.

This will be the new hotspot of Amsterdam.

And you can be part of it from the very beginning.
