About you

• You are available full-time

• Willing to work weekends

• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus

• At least one year of experience as a Chef de Parti

Chez van Rijn is open seven days a week. Together, we create a schedule that fits perfectly with your private life.

What you’ll do
As a Chef de Parti, you will primarily be in the kitchen. Together with the head chef and the rest of the team, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations, from preparing the mise-en-place to independently cooking our lunch and dinner dishes.

Additional responsibilities

• Ensure hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) are followed

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide smooth service

• Contribute ideas for the menu

• Maintain your workstation and kitchen equipment
