We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to strengthen our kitchen team. You’ll be working alongside a Chef, Sous-Chef, and an Independent Cook.

This is you:

• You are available full-time

• Willing to work weekends

• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus

• Previous experience working in a kitchen

• Passion for cooking and eager to learn

What will you do?
As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll mainly be active in the kitchen. Together with the head chef and the kitchen team, you’ll ensure the daily operations run smoothly. You will mainly assist with mise-en-place preparation and support during lunch and dinner service.

You will also:

• Ensure hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) are met

• Work together with your colleagues for a smooth service

• Maintain your workstation and kitchen equipment
