You are:

• Available for 4 or 5 days a week

• Living in Amsterdam

• Available on Friday and Saturday evenings

• A natural leader

• Detail-oriented and hands-on

• Experienced in hospitality management

What you will do:
As a Floor Manager at De Kroon, you lead a team of about 10 people. You identify where your help is needed most and assist there, whether behind the bar or in service. Additionally, you solve any issues that arise and train new staff. You create a pleasant atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
