Door & Reservations Manager

Escape is one of the largest and most iconic clubs in the Netherlands, located at Rembrandtplein in the heart of Amsterdam. Since 1968, we welcome thousands of visitors every week for the most popular events. With top-notch lighting, sound, visuals, and décor, we offer a unique experience to our guests. Escape is part of De Poppes Group, a leading hospitality company in the Netherlands.

We are looking for a Door & Reservations Manager to ensure that everything related to our VIP reservations runs smoothly. Are you the organizational powerhouse we need?

Join the Escape Team as a Door & Reservations Manager!

What will you do?

• Welcome our VIP guests

• Enforce door policies to ensure all guests follow house rules

• Check VIP reservations

• Resolve issues during the evening

• Answer the VIP phone and provide information to guests

• Promote our VIP offerings by maintaining relationships and visiting partner locations

You can expect to work 1 administrative day per week (Tuesday) and 3 days per week in the nightclub (usually Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).

• Strong organizational skills
