Who Are We

Escape Club Amsterdam is an iconic nightclub and entertainment club, located on the bustling Rembrandtplein in the heart of Amsterdam. As one of the largest and most popular clubs in the city, we are known for our lively atmosphere. We attract a wide crowd, from locals to tourists, and offer regular performances by well-known DJs and artists.

What We Offer

• A salary according to the Horeca CAO.

• A fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for a 'hands on manager' with entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience who can manage a nightclub night in the right direction

• You are manager of a staff of about 80-90 employees.

• You show responsibility for achieving and reaching targets in terms of service, quality and sales.

• You can take care of all products, supplies and equipment.

• You are proficient in adjusting the issues, receiving and handling guest and staff inquiries/complaints.

• You are supervising and following the regulations regarding safety, health and safety, HACCP and house rules.

Job Recruierments

• MBO-4/HBO work and intellectual level.

• At least 3 years working experience as a manager in a similar working environment (hospitality company).

• Good communication skills.

• Service oriented.

• Stress resistant.

• Enthusiastic.

• Excellent at motivating employees.

• Living in Amsterdam.
