What will you do?

As a BBL apprentice Host/Hostess you will have the unique opportunity to develop the essential skills of hospitality in a dynamic and stimulating environment. You will learn how to welcome guests in a friendly and efficient manner, escort them to their table and ensure that their stay is a memorable experience.

• Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  
• Taking orders and ensuring special requests are respected.
  
• Assist in setting up the table and ensuring it is perfectly prepared.
