Here at De Kroon, there's something for everyone: from an extensive Bar Bites menu to cozy drinks, delightful dinners, and even the opportunity to own the dance floor.

We are in search of a supervisor with experience in the restaurant and/or club scene. If you possess sparkling enthusiasm, resilience to stress, and a heart for service, this is your chance. Your mission? To give guests an unforgettable evening! On weekdays, you'll lead the restaurant team, and on weekends, you'll make the club nights shine.
Here's what awaits you:
- Leading and motivating a team that's eager to excel.
- Taking responsibility for service, quality, and revenue, with a touch of magic.
- Monitoring all restaurant resources, stock, and equipment.
- Tackling issues with a smile and expertly handling guest inquiries/complaints.
- Keeping a watchful eye on safety, labor standards, HACCP, and our house rules.
We expect this from you:
- MBO-4 level, with a dash of practical wisdom.
- At least 1 year of experience as a manager/shift leader/supervisor in the hospitality industry.
- Your communication skills are impressive.
