Café Restaurant De Kroon has been a well-known establishment on Rembrandtplein in Amsterdam for years. De Kroon has been fully renovated and now boasts a 1950s look with a modern twist! De Kroon is located on the first floor, offering a stunning view of Rembrandtplein from the conservatory.
In addition to its restaurant function, De Kroon transforms into a Club on Friday and Saturday nights. De Kroon also features the Royal Room, perfect for private dining, buffets, private parties, weddings, seminars, meetings, and more. In short, it's a fantastic location with great diversity!
We are looking for a ‘supervisor’ with some experience as a manager/supervisor in a similar business. You are enthusiastic, stress-resistant, and service-oriented. Your goal is to provide guests with a unique evening. You are available to work Friday and Saturday nights to run a club night.

What will you do?
- Lead and motivate employees.
- Take responsibility for achieving and meeting targets in service, quality, and revenue.
- Manage all restaurant resources, products, stocks, and equipment.
- Handle problems, address and resolve guest questions/complaints.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, HACCP, and house rules.
You are:
- MBO-4 level of work and thinking.
- At least 1 year of work experience as a manager/shift leader/supervisor in a similar environment (hospitality business).
- Good communication skills.
- Available on Friday and Saturday nights.
