Café De Kroon, an icon on Rembrandtplein in Amsterdam, is seeking an all-round bartender. Named after the coronation of Queen Wilhelmina, De Kroon boasts a stunning interior filled with 1950s art styles.
With a dining room, Royal Room, and a covered conservatory overlooking Rembrandtplein, it is a feast for the eyes. Besides dinner and an extensive Bar & Bites menu, De Kroon transforms into a club with a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights and hosts salsa evenings on Wednesdays and Sundays.

As a bartender, you are responsible for running our (cocktail) bar. You ensure that guests can enjoy delicious drinks, cocktails, G&Ts, and much more! Your presence plays a crucial role in the guests' experience, making sure they want to come back. Therefore, it is important that you have some experience as a bartender, and experience in making cocktails is a big plus!
In addition to preparing drinks, you are also responsible for cleaning the bar after closing time. Of course, you do this together with the rest of the team!
De Kroon is a dynamic organization. You will be working in a fixed team with great colleagues. Collegiality and good teamwork are very important to us for optimal service.
Café De Kroon is open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 5 PM to 1 AM, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 5 PM to 4 AM.
Given our nighttime working hours, we prefer candidates who live in or around Amsterdam.
